Little Zoe Hope was born at 23 weeks gestation on the 31st of December 2010 at 8.22pm, she weighed in at 550g and is 28.5cm long with a head circumference of 21cm.
What a beautiful photo, what a strong wee girl, we continue to pray for her each day and she is always in our thoughts (even though we are complete strangers), my mum is also praying for her and her whole caramlite church group continue to pray for her.
